Just Some Basic Rules...

1. You should ensure you and any other party crucial to the job (people at Ebay collection address, etc.) are aware of when we are coming to collect or deliver. You will still be charged if we are unable to deliver or collect in these circumstances, or charged extra if we have to wait around.

2. We can enter your or someone else's property to move bulky items, but they must be able to be easily and safely moved, or already dismantled if they can't, and you should ensure appliances are disconnected from the mains services.

3. If you have purchased a 1 crew service then you may need to assist the driver to load and unload, or arrange for others to do so. If you can't then you must opt for a 2 crew service as our drivers are not allowed to move heavy or large objects by themselves.
